Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- ½ cup almond flour or ground flaxseed (I used ground flaxseed)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup mix-ins (chocolate chips used here)
- Optional swaps: raisins, craisins, or other dried fruit
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until combined. Toward the end, you may need to use your hands to fully mix everything together.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
- Place energy balls on parchment paper.
- Store sealed in the refrigerator.
